iMEET participating at the workshop at Jinan University
During a recent joint workshop at Jinan University, generously hosted by Prof. Fei Guo and Prof. Ning Li—both i-MEET alumni and now faculty members at Jinan University and SCUT—an i-MEET delegation (Christoph, Karen, Larry, and several students) took part in lively discussions on organic and perovskite photovoltaics and related electronic devices. We appreciated the chance to share our latest results, hear updates from former i-MEET colleagues now leading their own groups, and strengthen ties with Chinese and international partners.
The programme closed with a visit to Mellow Solar, arranged by Prof. Ma, where the Erlangen team saw the company’s flexible perovskite-module line and explored future sample exchanges. Supported by ongoing Sino-German initiatives of the DFG and CSC, the workshop highlighted how collaboration between our institutions continues to advance materials and energy research.
